•	Implementation of state-wide internet web application “My State Bar Profile”:  Managed a team of Web developers to create and enhance a C#/Asp.net Web self-service application for attorney members to pay fees online, update account information and mandatory education profile. Development tool used is VisualStudio.net 
Key Achievements:  Modernized and organized the customer experience for California attorneys; automated and streamlined the payment of attorney fees replacing the manual pay-by-mail billing.
•	Implementation of state-wide Attorney Search web application:  Conducted requirements gathering through interviews with cross functional business stakeholders. Led design, development, and code reviews of a robust web search application. This search application allows the public to find a California attorney to view status history, profile information, and any disciplinary actions. 

Key Achievements:  Able to quickly find and locate a California attorney to ascertain their credentials. Website receives over 100,000 hits per day due to excellent customer experience and ease of use. Reduced number of phone calls and email inquiries to the member service center.

•	Responsible for engaging Gartner to collaborate on the development of an RFP for a company-wide document and records retention policy.  The subsequent policy project completed successfully on-time and on-budget with the winning vendor.
